"I am first a child of God, a wife to an amazing man, and a mom to 2 beautiful children.  We moved from California 6 years ago and have been blessed by finding Grace Community Church.  Prior to having children of my own, I taught preschool children on and off for 7 years. God has given me a love to teach and I feel blessed to be able to share God's word to the next generation.  I have taught here at Grace for 3 years now and hope to teach here as long as God allows.  I am very excited to see what God will do in the coming years at Grace and I am honored to be a part."

Lauren Braswell
"I am very excited to teach your children this upcoming year at Grace Preschool, LLC.  I am 23 years old and have been going to GCC for about 5 years. I have been a Sunday school and VBS director/teacher.  I have also helped with Good News Club at the Elementary School.  The past 3 years God has given my the desire to go to China to teach English and every year has been an amazing experience.  I went to cosmetology school and learned that that is not where the Lord was wanting me to be. He has given me a love for children and teaching them in Biblical ways.  I am very excited to see what the Lord has planned for this year!

"I have been a mom for 11 years now with a total of four children (5 thru 11) and a preschool teacher for the past two years.  Both of these years at Grace Preschool. I am in awe of what God has done with our preschool and the opportunities He has blessed us with in reaching out to our beautiful community.  I love teaching the little ones as I am a visual thinker and they can not yet read so we do most everything in pictures - it is a perfect fit, for me at least.  Seeing their little faces light up with a 'job well done' is my joy and to glorify Him is my purpose in ministering to the next generation."

Bekah Turner
Bekah joined our staff for Fall 2009.  She is a student at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  Bekah has taught at the Vacation Bible School held each summer by Grace Community Church.  She has also served for the past 3 years with the after school Good News Club progam held at the elementary school.

"Hello, my Husband, Daniel and I have been attending Grace Community Church since 2008 and are members here. We are so grateful to The Lord for His mercy each day and how Christ's grace is so beautifully displayed among the people and families here. The commitment to teach God glorifying character traits, and being considerate of others, is a huge growing blessing in our family.  Our sons have had the privilege in receiving these precepts of God and we have greatly been blessed in our relationships with each other. Our whole family is continually strengthened by the Christ centered principals in His sufficient Word, which is encouraged to be obeyed here by loving people. This is why I desire to teach for the third year here at Grace Preschool because it is such a wonderful joy to see the peace and love that God grants to these little ones. It's a honor to minister to our community in return, in a way that has been given to our family. We are happy to meet you, and look forward to getting to know you and your children better. God bless you!"
