Ginger Elliff - Director
My family and I are members of Grace Community Church and have been attending since 2008. My husband, Daniel and I are grateful to God for the four sons that He has graciously entrusted to us. Grace Preschool ministered to my family years before I ever became director. We have been blessed that three of our children have been able to attend Grace Preschool. I have been teaching preschool since 2007 and involved with Grace Preschool since 2009. I’m always excited about the Christ centered principals and godly character development that Grace Preschool holds to and how that will bless us with the relationships we have with our own children in the years to come. It will be a joy for us to see an everlasting change in our children’s hearts as they grow in these godly principals and I am delighted that we have this opportunity to witness God’s grace as we see how these little ones handle life’s situations in a pleasing and God glorifying way. It’s an honor and blessing to be ministering to the families in our community in this way and I look forward to meeting your family and interacting with your children.
Owl Class Teacher
I have been a mom for 18 years now with a total of four children (12 thru 18) and a preschool teacher for the past 9-10 years, all with Grace Preschool. I am in awe of what God has done with our preschool and the opportunities He has blessed us with in reaching out to our beautiful community. I love teaching the little ones as I am a visual thinker and they can not yet read so we do most everything in pictures - it is a perfect fit, for me at least. Seeing their little faces light up with a 'job well done' is my joy and to glorify Him is my purpose in ministering to the next generation.

Alison Yuille grew up in Ontario, Canada. She completed her BA at Brock University and BEd at Trent University. She married Stephen in 1991. They have two daughters, Laura and Emma. Alison and Stephen were missionaries in Portugal from 1995-2000. Before moving to Glen Rose in 2009, Alison taught at Rhema Christian School in Ontario. This is her eighth year serving at Grace Preschool and she is looking forward to teaching young hearts the truths of our great God.

My Name is Klare Popejoy. I grew up in Germany and married my husband Kody Popejoy 40 years ago. In 1978 after a few short months marriage he brought me to the USA when I was only 18 years old. I am thankful to call GCC my church home for it is truly my family here in the USA. When I am not busy loving on my grandchildren Hunter, Kailee, and Adia, I am busy with many of my Hobbies, such as cooking, baking, painting and spending time with my husband.
As long as I can remember, I have worked with children. In 1984 I worked at a day care in Grand Prairie, TX so that I did not have to leave my then 2 year old son, and was able to work my way up to the Director position. After our move to Ft Worth, I worked at a Moms Day Out program at Western Hills Baptist Church. Our Director there spent much time educating us and making courses available to help us become better caretakers of children. When we finally moved to Glen Rose, I was hired as a Special Education Assistant at the Glen Rose Elementary school where I remained for five years. When my then growing cabin business took more and more of my time, I resigned and mostly taught here at GCC. For years I ran the Wednesday night children’s program, taught Sunday School, and volunteered for just about any job that had to do with being around children and youth.
I am thankful to be a part of a program that is run professionally and has only the best in mind for all of the children entrusted to their care. I am excited to help in Alison Yuille’s class at Grace Preschool on Tuesdays this year and look forward to being a part of your child’s life.
Frog Class Teacher
I have been a member of Grace Community Church since 2003. I met my husband and got married in 2005, and the Lord has blessed us with two wonderful children. I have had the privilege of helping and teaching this age group in Sunday School, VBS and as a substitute teacher. I love watching these little ones grow and learn new things. I am beyond blessed and excited to be the Frog Class Teacher this year!

I am excited to be a part of what Grace Preschool is doing in the lives of children. It’s a joy to get to know the children, to see their faces light up with understanding at the discovery of something new, and to share, in word and deed, the good news of the gospel with them.
I grew up in Texas but when I met my husband I moved to New Jersey where I graduated from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Accounting. Along the way we were blessed with twin girls that I am currently home schooling. We escaped NJ and moved back to Texas in 2011. Being a Texas girl I had to get back and my husband, well, he's one of those who "got here as fast as he could". After a lengthy search for the right place to settle in Texas we moved to Glen Rose in 2013 so that we could attend Grace Community Church.
Whale Class Teacher
I’ve been helping in Grace Preschool for two years, as a substitute and then the “floater”, helping in all the classrooms whenever I was needed. I enjoyed getting to know all of the precious little ones and meeting many of their parents. Now as the Whale Class Teacher, I’m so excited to help these precious children learn what they need to know before they go to Kindergarten. But, most of all I want to show them how awesome and loving is our God. I’m also thrilled to be working with the lovely ladies here at Grace Preschool.
I grew up in a caring, Christian home in Lovington, New Mexico, accepted Christ at a young age, and after getting my B.S. in education from Hardin-Simmons University, I moved to the Lubbock area to teach in public schools for 30 years, mostly with 4 and 5 year-olds. I retired in 2008 and then relocated to Granbury to be near my Mom. My husband, Mark, and I married 5 1/2 years ago. Yes, we’re newlyweds!! We have been blessed by the faithful teaching of God’s Word here at GCC. I’m also thrilled to be working with the lovely ladies here at Grace Preschool.
Hi! My name is Evie Baldwin and I am so happy to be helping with your children this year at Grace Community Preschool! Although this is my first year to help at the preschool, my family and I have been attending GCC for over 12 years. My husband, Mike, and I have 8 grown children. The oldest four are married with children. Our youngest daughter, Jessie, still lives at home. We have ten grandchildren (ages 0 – 10). My favorite hobbies are drawing, painting, reading, decorating and going for walks. We have chickens on our little hobby farm and I enjoy taking care of them as well. I’m looking forward to getting to know your children this year, as I come alongside the teachers to help with snack time, game time, crafts, and anything else they may need.
I am very blessed to work with such a precious little group! In this class we begin to explore the wonderful world God created. We also begin to work on our social skills and become familiar with some basic biblical and educational concepts. What a wonderful privilege it is to be a part of these young lives!
I grew up in Irving, Texas. My husband, Jeff, and I moved to Glen Rose in January of 2012, and we became a part of Grace Community Church shortly afterward. Before that, we lived in Flower Mound for almost 20 years and I worked as an administrative assistant in an Irving church for over 18 years. Together, Jeff and I raised five sons, and we now have three beautiful daughters-in-law and three awesome grandsons. I bring the 'grandmother' factor to the Preschool!
